In doing so, The Manship Foundation acquires real estate, adds value via luxury construction, and sells the property to a client. However, the client purchasing the house MUST have a household income less than 80% of the average median income of the zip code. This allows for average Americans to compete against hedge funds, cash buyers, and other established real estate purchasers, where they otherwise would not be able to.
