How It Works
You receive a call, text, or piece of mail from The Manship Foundation and have a conversation with one of our Home Solutions Specialists.
Once a price is agreed upon, we will sign a “purchase agreement” document indicating the price, terms, and closing date for your property.
Once signed, it is up to you to select a closing date! Whether it is in one week, or one year, we will be here ready!
On the date of closing, bring your ID, and a fresh pen to sign a few pieces of paper. Everything will take place at a local title company, and they will be responsible for delivering you your money.
Congrats! You have sold your house to The Manship Foundation. Now you can watch the neighborhood improve, and know that you have bettered your community in the process.
