Clay Manship

Co-Chairman

Clay Manship is a real estate entrepreneur based out of Indianapolis, IN. When he is not working in his real estate ventures, he is passionate about serving on the board of several non-profits, including The Manship Foundation.

Clay lives in downtown Indianapolis, and enjoys spending his down time on Geist Reservoir with his wife, Diana, his twins, Lilly & James, and his dogs, Mack & Riley.

Evan Manship

Co-Chairman

Alongside his twin brother Clay, Evan co-founded Mainstay Property Group, Midwest Cash Offer, and The Manship Foundation. Evan has a background in ground-up real estate development, an area that The Manship Foundation will soon explore, in order to provide hundreds of affordable units to the marketplace.

Evan lives on Eagle Creek Reservoir, along with his wife, Emily, and daughters, Elizabeth and Annalise.

Ashley Bowling

Executive Director

Ashley Bowling serves as a key contributor to The Manship Foundation, where she oversees and enhances operational strategies to address the affordable housing crisis nationwide. Her role allows her to channel her passion for creating meaningful, lasting impact in the communities she serves. Outside of work, Ashley resides in Broad Ripple with her Boxer, Norris, enjoying the balance of purpose-driven work and life at home.

Jaros Crenshaw

Housing Solutions Manager

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Jaros Crenshaw is committed to empowering underserved families through homeownership. As a vital member of the team, he specializes in identifying strategic housing opportunities that expand access to affordable, quality homes across Indiana. Guided by a deep sense of purpose, Jaros brings compassion, professionalism, and a strong belief that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home.
